How do I redeem my points for rewards?
Follow the redemption steps:
1. Select the desired category or search for a specific prize available in your country.
2. Find the reward you want.
3. View the details of the reward by clicking on the title or image of the selected prize and review all prize information carefully.
4. Add to your shopping basket.
5. Enter the quantity you wish to redeem for.
5. Click the "Checkout" button.
6. Review your reward and shipping information and click "Submit" to complete your request.
7. Follow the instructions presented on that page.
Global Options validates and deducts points from your account for each prize you redeem.

Which are the Rewards?
To see a complete list of Rewards, select the All Rewards category in the left vertical menu. All of the rewards will be displayed. The variety includes attractive prizes valued in points that are easy to redeem online and will be shipped to your preferred address.

What is the minimum number of points I need before I can redeem them?
You can start redeeming prizes as soon as you have enough points for the prize you want.

Can I transfer points to another person's account?
No. Points are not transferable to another person's account. They are for the sole use of the person who earns them.

Can I get points back after I've redeemed them?
No. Once accrued points have been redeemed for a prize, the points cannot be converted back into your Global Options account.

Can I use Global Options points to pay for online purchases made on other shopping Web sites?
No. Global Options points can only be used to redeem for online prizes exclusively on our website.

Can I return or exchange my redemption?
No. Once redeemed, Global Options points are not refundable. Product rewards may only be returned or exchanged if proven to be damaged or defective. Rewards must be returned within 30 days of delivery in the original packaging and in the same condition they were received.

How long does it take to receive a prize?
We deliver most Prizes to all mainland addresses within 20 working days from the time that your order is approved. There will be some items (approximately 10%) that take longer for delivery, but usually within 6 weeks. Some items may be delivered in multiple shipments. Large items, such as larger TVs (20" and above), large home appliances, and furniture can only be delivered to mainland addresses. Please make claims for non-deliveries items within 30 working days of placing your order.
